4 - Thanks to all of you! Even though I had a PIA day at work (database corruption / view index / production server pegged a 100%, etc); it turned out to be a great birthday.

Tanya found a brewing supply store (not as good as Chuck's What Ale's Ya back in Phoenix) near here, and for my birthday she took me there and let me "go wild".

I picked out ingredients to make my first Wheat Witbier. I know it is the middle of the summer and I really should be starting something warmer for October; but hey, it is my birthday after all.

They didn't have coriander or orange; I'll pick those up at a grocery store later this week. I'm going to try to make something similar to Bell's Oberon { Link } , only better . I'll probably start brewing this weekend. (I'm so excited!)
